Job for updating Collection Specialist for Business Partner Failed.

• We are using App “Schedule Collection Management Jobs” to update Collection Specialist in Customer BP (Collection Management role). We have created job for the same, however got failed.
• In the App “Schedule Collection Management Jobs” the job for "Change Collection Segment Data for Business Partner" failed with error.

Dear Customer,

Please, do the folowing steps.

1. Use App Manage Collection Groups to first assign the Collection Specialist to the same Collection Group as Business Partner.
2. After that Use the job tamplete Change Collection Segment Data for Business Partner to update the Collection Specialist for the Business Partner.
