Jaspersoft data adapter FSM connection issue

Hi Experts,

We were trying to create reports/project for our company in FSM. We are following the below blog posted (https://helpdesk.coresystems.ch/hc/en-us/articles/360019697859-How-to-use-Jaspersoft-Studio-to-creat...). But in the second step while establishing the FSM connection using data adapter we are not able to get the SAP FSM connection option as mentioned in document.

SAP FSM connection is not visible in the Data Adapters options.

Could you please let us know if we missed something or we should configure anything else.

Hi, Please use jaspersoft version 6.20.5, i use it since long without any issue.

Hi,

it seems you have not installed the SAP FSM Report Designer. Also the documentation you are following is outdated. Use this one instead https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_FIELD_SERVICE_MANAGEMENT/fsm_reporting/prerequisites.html?locale=en-US.

We have tried with the shared document and with Jaspersoft version 7.0.2. But still we are facing the same issue.
