Hi Experts,
Are we allowed to disable or gray out all fields of the Header data tab of transaction code IW32? If yes, would you know what is the user exit or badi or enhancement spot for this? I saw a lot in the forums but all of them did not even stop at my break point when I pressed IW32 and entered the correct order number.
Thanks guys.

Hello Old Guy (Renamed for you - as you may not new to SAP for asking this changes).
Just sharing answer from Gemini AI , You can validate once please.
To make changes to maintenance order header tab fields in SAP, the primary enhancement spot or user exit you would use is "EXIT_SAPLCOIH_018"; this function exit allows you to modify the data displayed and entered on the maintenance order header screen within the standard SAP program.
You can use this blog post How to find Customer/User Exits in SAP ABAP? Exit ... - SAP Community for more.

Hi Prasath,
First and foremost, very funny. 😁
I did follow your advice and put a breakpoint at the user exit above but unfortunately it did NOT stop.
The objective is to type in IW32 tcode, then input an order number and press enter.
But before displaying the second screen, it should trigger an exit or enhancement or badi wherein I can change the screen attributes of the header tab (invisible, input, output, etc).
If you know any exit or way for me to enhance SAP header tab, then please don't hesitate to provide guidance.
Again, thanks and looking forward for more advice and tips.
