It's a problem that appeared after an upgrade, the item texts that normally get copied from sales order to invoice appear no longer when we create the invoice using the tile "Create billing document | Billing due list items" (Ok for the tile Create billing document : VF01), how can I handle this issue?

First thing to check is the customizing for text control (SPRO: Sales and Distribution > Basic Functions > Text Control).
