Item has incorrect Last Purchase Price of zero

Hi,

We have an inventory item that has only two GRPOs, both of which have positive quantities and a price determined. No other transactions of any kind, that should affect the Last Purchase Price, exist; no A/P Invoices, no Goods Returns, no A/P Credit memos, no landed costs, no freight, no production. The item is no a BOM, nor is it a component of a BOM.

The price before and after discount in both GRPOs is 0.28 €, but the Last Purchase Price is zero, both in the LPP pricelist and in the OITM table.

It is an inventory item, G/L accounts set by warehouse, Manage Inventory By Warehouse is set, valuation method is Moving Average (the Cost Price / Moving Average price in the warehouse is also 0.28 €). SAP Business One 10.0 (10.00.180) FP 2111 (64-bit).

What could explain this? Is there anything I could check?

Regards,

Johan

Hi,

GRPO is not a document that trigger to update Last Purchase Price.

You can refer SAP Note 3301376 https://forum.sapb1.vn/community/inventory/3301376-list-of-transactions-by-which-the-last-purchase-p...

Hope this helps,

SonTran

Hi SonTran,

Thank you. Was this system behaviour updated perhaps in version 10? In our older versions GRPO also updated the LPP, to my knowledge anyway.

Regards,

Johan
