Item has 0 confirmed qty but it's not ATP enabled

Hi, all.

We've had an issue with an item with 0 confirmed quantity even though the item is tagged as non-ATP.

How do we usually resolve this? Everything seems to be ok on CO09 and MM03 with all its configurations for the item(s).

Where? The information what you shared is not sufficient to understand. Please provide more information on what availability check is set at material master, what schedule line category is used in sale order etc.,

Hi, sorry for the lack of information.

Currently the availability check in MRP3 in material master is NC or No Check, the schedule line category set in the order is CP or MRP. The MRP type is X0 (w/o MRP, with BOM explosion)

mon4spd005 in my system there is no NC, there is KP and for KP we have No Check = 'X' in OVZ2:

Check whether NC is set in a similar way in your system.
