ITEM Category for Make to Order Missing in S4HANA

Dear Gurus,

I am in the green field implementation project for S4HANA. Our requirement is of Make to order. To trigger the same we need item category TAK. I have not found the item category TAK for configuration. Please advice me is there any new item category which has released the TAK?

Item Category TAK is very much like TAN only the difference is Special stock ie " E".

Experts please correct if I am wrong.

I would advise checking the Best practices explorer. Specifically, the scope item 1BM‏ - Make-to-Order Production - Semifinished Goods Planning and Assembly. For direct access, you can use this link: https://rapid.sap.com/bp/#/browse/scopeitemversions/1BM/S4HANA/1909/US.

In the step "4.3.2.1 Create Sales Order for Finished Product", the item category that is automatically determined for this Make-to-order process is CBTA - MTO Standard Item.

Same issue in my system....TAK is missing and CBTA determined. The issue is CBTA is having different settings than TAK. Billing relevance is set to 'i' which is order relevant billing-billing plan. and billing plan is set as 90 i.e. SD baseline milestone billing. So we are not able to do delivery related billing.
