Item Category Configuration

Dear Expertise,

We do not find the Item category control details in S4hana Public cloud edition, someone could help me out on this process to define New Sales Item Category.

This is completely related to S4hana public cloud edition.

Hi Prabhat,

I also confirmed with the expert, the other configuration of the item category is not available. You can request WCR or customer influence if it's really important for you.

in the meantime, it would also be great if you could share why the standard item category cannot be used, and what specific setting you want to modify. based on your reply, our expert may have more suggestion to you.

Dear Prabhat,

the above requto create new item category for sales is not available in cloud. You can raise customer influence request in case functionality is required.
