It is compulsory to close the Production order SAP Business One or not?  what happend if user cannot close the production order?

Hello,

it's not compulsory but mandatory to block additional components issue/ product receipt and more importantly to reflect production variance in GL and Inventory ledger. 

I highly recommend you first go through the production module in B1 learning journey, and go through the FAQ about production costing that I shared earlier.
