Hello,
I am imlementing STO between storage location scenario without Delivery. Both Storage locations belong to different MRP Area.
My scenario is - when there is a shortage below safety stock in one operational storage location (MRP Area A) - we should generate STO to one of the central storage location (MRP Area B). Goods is then to be delivered from Central storage location to operational Storage location.
As reservation scenario is not supported between two MRP Areas I try to use STO. But issuing Storage location is not populated into STO Requisition.
Standard setting in Material Master is not considered. Also I found the configuration help saying there should BADI for issuing storage location determination, but I was not able to find the BADI.
What is the proper setting to determine issuing storage location ?
thank you,
Radovan
Hi Radovan ,
How are you?
unfortunately, it is not possible to default the storage location of the issuing plant to Stock Transport Requisition in S/4 Hana cloud MRP. Due to the technology used in MRP (AMDP ABAP managed Database Procedure), the BAdI MD_EXT_SUP is not available in S/4 Hana cloud.
Best regards
Maria

Hi All,
In the end we were able to find the BadI within SAP S4 Hana Public Cloud so that we could update the issuing storage location within the Purchase Requisitions.
Kind regards,

Hi skaleckyr,
Unfortunately we face the same problem that we are not able to update the issuing storage location within the purchase requisition. Did you find a way to solve this issue?
Kind regards,
Bastijn Schenk
