Issues with Archiving Batches

Hello,

I’m experiencing issue with archiving batches in SAP system using transaction SARA with the archiving object MM_SPSTOCK. When attempting to archive batches, I encounter the following error messages:

• MCH1: "Dependent batch records exist"
• MCHA: "Quality notifications exist

First I tried to archive QM notifications using the QM_QMEL object in test mode, but nothing was archived. I also checked the QMEL table and found two QM notifications associated with the batch. When I reviewed these in QM02, they appear as closed.

What should I try next? Has anyone experienced a similar issue? How can I resolve this problem?

• Is your system up-to-date, are OSS notes such as 2617995 - MM_SPSTOCK: Batch cannot be archived required?
• How did you try to archive the quality notifications (Try to debug QM04_MATERIAL_CHECK_QMEL to find those notifications)

I tried to archive these notifications with SARA and object QM_QMEL, then I looked for the material in QMEL table and found two notifications with the problrmatic badge but both of them are closed.
