I created a PO approval workflow and it works fine.
The client then requested email notifications for three cases:
PO approved
PO rejected
PO on hold
I configured Email Templates, the Notifications section in the workflow, and assigned the notifications to the relevant roles/users.
However, no emails are being sent.
Is there any additional configuration needed in CBC, or any prerequisite activation before workflow email notifications can work?
Any advice would be helpful.

Dear @youssef_hassnien,
Below checklist that usually fixes it:
1. Make sure outbound email is actually allowed in CBC

Important. These email outbound configurations are non-transportable and must be maintained in each tenant/system

2. DKIM is mandatory in Public Cloud

3. Publish SPF. Even if your email shows as Completed/Sent, delivery can fail because:

4. Use Monitor Email Transmissions app to see whatās happening
