Issue while loading maintenance order using LTMC

Hi Experts,

Can anyone help on the below mwntioned issue.

While loading maintenance order using the LTMC template getting the error operation 0010, created by the system, adapted. This is only happening for Reactive Order Type (YA01)

Any help will be highly appreciated.

This issue is resolved this was due to a missing role in the user id
