Issue in MIGO

I was practicing MM related things on my test server, suddenly I am not able to make any postingin MIGO... I am getting this error (screenshot attached)...kindly help me to solve this issue, and get myCompany Code back on track for MM posting...

Please use the Subject text effectively to catch the attention of right members. Also, avoid using URGENT. I have changed the text appropriately

The Ledger is initial (and not 0L) in the error message, can you check Ledger Customizing

• Start with SM34_VC_FAGLLDGRPMAP or Financial Accounting, Financial Accounting Global Settings, Ledgers, Ledger, Define Ledger Group

raymond.giuseppi sir can you please explain this thing a bit in detail, I am actually a new SAP MM student... I know basic of FICO just for the sake of creating company codes for taking my MM related potings, I don't have much idea about Ledgers and all....
