Issue in MIGO

I was practicing MM related things on my test server, suddenly I am not able to make any postingin MIGO... I am getting this error (screenshot attached)...kindly help me to solve this issue, and get myCompany Code back on track for MM posting...

Please use the Subject text effectively to catch the attention of right members. Also, avoid using URGENT. I have changed the text appropriately

Dear neeraj.jain16 Sir,

I have tried sir, everything is correctly assigned with my company code, but still I am facing this error, yesterday night also I did all MM postings using this company code, from this morning itself, this problem happened, it is a demo server for educational purpose, I think someone has messed up with the system and I was not able to find what settings the person has changed...

I am attaching all the relevant screenshot for your kind reference..please guide me regarding this neeraj.jain16 sir..
