Is there any table to find the Notification Item Long text, so that i can download the Long text to an excel sheet by providing the Notificaiton Numbers

TextID = LTXT

Text object = QMEL.

You will see these in Longtext page: GOTO --> HEADER

Pass these values to Function Module 'READ_TEXT' and have this information.

Certainly, if the requirement is Item Longtext, 0001 suffixes to the Textname in case of first line item,. and Text Object becomes QMFE as shown here.

Similar explanation applies to all long text requirements.

The table are STXH and STHL, but you are quicker using the FM described above.

Get your developer to put a break-point at the beginning of the FM to check the IMPORT parameters.

You have to use Function Module READ_TEXT to get the long text. Check with ABAP people on using this Function Module.
