Is there any equivalent transaction to PRAA for customers? (Customer Vendor Integration)

Dear experts,

I was wondering if there is any transaction which is equivalent to PRAA, to create customer master data out of HR master data which can then be converted to a Business Partner during CVI.

Any hint is appreciated.
