Is there any CDS/report available which shows block functions of WBS?

Can you please help in finding the CDS/report which has the block function of WBS?

We would want to extract the report from the system to understand how many WBS are blocked for time writing posting for an example.

I too have requirement to get CDS view that has Workpackage blocked function details.
I reviewed few SAP standard CDS related to customer projects, I did'nt get any.
Let me know if you get that CDS view.
