Is there an Internal Order field available in S4HANA Public Cloud?

Solved: Internal order in S4HANA Public Cloud 3SL - SAP Community

The above thread seems to suggest that Internal orders are available in Public Cloud just without the same variations that there were in the past. 

Is this indeed the case and if so can I please be provided with some config specs on said field?

Internal orders are not available in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition we suggest to use WBS insteads to control account assignments under Enterprise Projects.
