Hi Ladies & Gents,
The Scenario,
Currently when we have an employee that is entitled to Annual Leave in a Salary or Part time position step down in to a Casual role (no longer entitled), we have a very long and tedious process of making changes to multiple infotypes and running PT60 multiple times before we can process the IT416 payout.
With the business requirements we have a large volume of team members changing roles each week, this process at present often takes ~15 minutes per team member which uses a lot of payroll headcount resources.
I strongly believe there must be a much easier way, does anyone have any suggestions or a run down of your own current process ?
