Is there a BAPI to Create Automatic Sales Order in Public Cloud with Reference to Sales Contract?

Hello,

Is there a BAPI that allows for automatic creation of sales orders (with reference to existing sales contracts) in S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition? The quantity of sales order can be different from that of sales contract.

Hello,

BAPI is not a good recommendation in S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

• Instead, you can consider APIs, e.g., Sales Order (A2A) - Create Sales Orders with Reference (sales quotation is taken as an example here).
• Another option is to use the "Import Sales Orders" app to create sales orders from spreadsheets. You can import document data to create sales documents with reference to a preceding document. This documentation contains more details: Import Sales Orders | SAP Help Portal.
