We have a requirement to integrate Power BI with our S4hana cloud system. Is it possible?

There is no direct Power BI to SAP S/4HANA Cloud integration available at the moment. For analytics, SAP S/4HANA Cloud provides SAP Analytics Cloud embedded and connectors for SAP Analytics Cloud (enterprise).
However, you can expose the data from SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public) in the form of CDS views to APIs which can be further used to connect the APIs as datasource to the Power BI.
Create CDS views in SAP S/4HANA Cloud and consume them as APIs - https://blogs.sap.com/2018/01/23/create-cds-views-in-sap-s4hana-cloud-and-consume-them-as-apis/
Use OData API as a source for Power BI - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NrtkriRL6Ws

Hi,
For a customer, we were able to connect SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud (RISE with SAP) to Power BI using ODBC connectors.
We raised a service request to SAP & asked them to install ODBC drivers for SAP Database & create a user that can be used while connecting to Power BI in the logon screen as seen in the below URL.
Refer below blog for more details.

Since there are a lot of licensing changes happening in SAP Private Cloud, you can check with SAP team if there is any new license to be procured for connectors.
Regards,
Gavin.

I actually have some experience with this. Yes, it is possible to integrate Power BI with S/4HANA Cloud System. In fact, I recently worked on a project where we did just that. It was a bit tricky at first, but once we got the hang of it, it was pretty straightforward. We were able to pull in data from S/4HANA and visualize it in Power BI to gain some valuable insights. If you're looking to integrate these two systems, I suggest starting with some online resources or reaching out to a consultant who specializes in this area. There are also some great Power BI training courses out there that can help you get up to speed quickly. In fact, that's where I got certified as a Microsoft data analyst. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Dear Mario,
Thank you for engaging this topic. Can you please provide a bit more information about your experience?
When you say "Pull in data from S/4HANA and visualize it in Power BI", do you mean connecting to Power BI with Communication Scenarios and Arrangements?
Or have you done this like in the information provided by SAP above: "You can expose the data from SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud in the form of CDS Views to APIs which can be further used to connect to the Power BI"?
Also, please note that we're talking about S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Best regards,
Tayane.
