Is it possible to have one editable field in Custom Analytical Query?

I want to maintain one editable field in custom analytical report. 
Eg: the user directly maintain the text in the report. 

Is there any possibility maintain the editable field in the report?

Dear Customer,

The Custom Analytical Queries app is a tool used for reporting and analysis, it transforms and organizes raw data delivered from business documents into a meaningful grid. 

As it's meant to be used as a report and analysis, it doesn't provide the option to edit the records inside the query.

Hi, I don't know how to do so by coding, but I've done so (more than once) using InsightZAP.

You can add a column to a report/query where the person you send the report to can add comments(or simply check an OK checkbox).
