To my knowledge there are no standard workflows for material documents. 

However you can trigger a workflow event with output determination - see SAP Help Creation of Events via Message Control and start a custom workflow this way.

There is no standard workflow available for GR, however you can develop custom workflow for your requirements. Using SWELS, you can find standard events, or you can custom your own event and using user exists to trigger the workflow.
