Is it possible to create operation type (CRM) with an integration in sales document (SD) ?

Hello,

I'm working on CM on S4/HANA and I would like to create a operation type which allows, once validated, the creation of a contract SD with the same data.

Is it possible do realize this needs in standard in CM on S4/HANA ? If yes what are the points of customizing that I need to integrate ?

Hi

When you talk about CM, does that mean customer management? In Service Order or Solution Quotation transaction type you could integration with Sales Order type SRVO. For service contract in SD, there is no way to do it. My question will be why you need use SD service contract instead of CRM service contract?

Hello,

Indeed CM means customer management. So if I well understand, only the operation type SRVO on CM (BUS2000116) allows the integration with sales order ? (whatever the type of my document sales : order or contract or only for order/quotation ?)

For explication, the need is the fallowing :

- create a document CRM (CM) which allows the entry of the data first and then its validation before to create the document sales (contract SD in VA41)

- Today this need is realize with specific dev on CRM but with the migration to S4/HANA I would like integrate this need with standard if it possible.
