Is it possible to configure or control the PO date in SAP Business ByDesign (SAP ByD) to prevent users from creating purchase orders with dates in future years, such as 2027 or 2030? How can I restrict the PO date to be within the current fiscal year, rather than allowing future dates?

Hi Ankit,
A solution you might want to consider is making the delivery date invisible when your Purchasers (SAP Users) create Purchase Orders and Requests. This way, Purchase Orders will always default to the date on which they are created.
You can restrict the visibility of date fields in Purchase Orders and Request via Adaptation Mode, if you have Administrative Rights in your SAP Profile. Once in Adaptation Mode, you select or deselect which columns are visible to SAP Users. <SAVE> the changes and <PUBLISH> the screens that you modified so that they Purchase Date fields are invisible to SAP Users.
The SAP Users will create Purchase Orders as usual and the PO date will be invisible to them but it will default to the current date which will be visible to SAP Users in the Purchase Order Overview screen but can't be changed.
