Is it possible to change the title and attached file to Excel from an email sent out by sap system?

Hello everyone,

We managed to send a batch of (sm37 - UKM_MALUS_DISPLAY) from SAP to different recipients. Now the problem is that this batch comes in html format, is it possible to get this into an Excel file?

Also, I don't know how we can change the title/subject of the mail message (it automatically has the name of the SAP transaction).

Is it possible to adjust these things?

- file in Excel instead of html

- change email name to something else instead of the sap transaction code
