Is it possible to change the Comm. User ID?

Is it possible to rechange the CC ID in "Maintain communication user"?

Dear Customer, 

The Communication User ID is created automatically by the system and it's not modifiable.

The same happens for Business Users ID, for example, this information is unique for each user and cannot be edited.
