Is it feasible to configure business role with restriction by Purchasing Group and PR type?

Hi folks,

There is requirement to restrict a user who can only create purchase requisition with requirement below.
We tried to work with "maintain restriction" feature in "maintain business role" but could not make it.
Is it feasible to do so by standard function in S/4 HANA Public Cloud Edition?

The requirement:

Restriction 1

PR Type:     Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4, Z5 Purchasing Group:  ZG1, ZG2, ZG3, ZG4

Restriction 2

PR Type:    Z1, Z2, Z4 Purchasing Group:  ZG8
