The requirement is to calculate depreciation based on Shift factors that may change every month. Is it possible to create a depreciation key for the same or any other way in which we can calculate depreciation every month based on the number of shifts in the month?
i would suggest to go through document for ''Depreciation for Multiple-Shift Operation and Shutdown' ' in fixed asset.
The total depreciation amount is then calculated as follows:
Depreciation amount = fixed depreciation + (variable depreciation * shift factor)
hope this could helps.
best regards,
liling
