While creating invoice through FB70 IRN was not generated. Could you please guide what could be the issue and its resolution?

Just posting an invoice through FB70 would not generate the IRN. Please go through the below blog if you are using SAP's DRC Solution:

Also look at the relevant notes and check if you have configuration in place.
