In IP30 screen, some system have planning plant field, some system don't. I shared screenshots. Please let me know, how can I get planning plant field show the screen.

Try IP30H. This transaction is for S/4 HANA and runs deadline monitoring a lot faster than IP30. You will also find there are a lot more fields to choose for variants including Planning Plant.
