IP30 Automatically Skipped the Calls

Have any one encountered an situation where IP30 run is automatically skipping the calls on Hold and doing 'New Start' Scheduling function for the same original start date? we are facing this issue and unable to get to the root of this behavior.

Thanks Pete,

There is no enhancement in IP30 and change log clearly indicating as calls was skipped by "System Batch User", i have already raised an OSS with SAP, will post upon getting an solution
