Hello Experts,

We are currently migrating from SAP ECC to S4H.

I have noticed some missing entries in tcode IP19, when viewing tabular.

SBX System:

For a certain maintenance plan:

Captura de pantalla 2025-08-18 120204.pngI am able to see the following records:

Meanwhile in QAS System, for the same maintenance plan 3371:

I am only able to visualize orders that have been already called.

But, when selecting "With task list" it shows accordingly

Any thoughts on how to proceed?

Thanks in advance

Sebastián

Hi @sebiemb

Thank you for the question. Let me walk you through it.

Based on the details you provided, what you observe is usually due to differences in maintenance plan scheduling data or task list handling between systems:

Please note that in QAS, the plan only shows orders already called, because forecasted calls are either not yet generated in MHIS or require the task list flag to be displayed. In SBX, the scheduling seems fully updated, so you see both orders and forecasted packages directly. When you select with task list then QAS forces recalculation from the task list to ensure you see the missing future calls.

I suggest you consider the following:

First, make sure you compare tables MPLA / MPOS / MHIS between SBX and QAS for plan 3371.

Thereafter, In QAS, run the IP10/IP30 to reschedule the plan and generate forecast calls.

Finally, ensure to verify that task list assignment and customizing is aligned between SBX and QAS.

Once scheduling data and task list references are synchronized, IP19 will display consistently across both systems.

I hope this helps you solve the issue. I am happy to help if you have further questions.

Best regards

Chris
