Hi Experts,
We are using Sap S4 hana public cloud and my client requirements is they want to do advance payment of customers in retail sales or showroom sales. For eg: customer will walkin to showroom choose the display product and make payment, the product from the warehouse will be delivered the next day or after some day.
Scope item BKJ doesn't fullfill the requirement, we don't want billing plan or proforma invoice. We want sales order/ billing /outbound delivery.

Hello, the field 'billing relevance' in item category configuration can't be changed in public cloud (SSCUI:103411). You could raise WCR to configure it via expert configuration with solid business requirement. We suggest you to ask your project/ customer supporting team for help.
