Hi Everyone,
My client has their IM approval year as Jan-Dec, and fiscal year as April-March. Every January, they carryforward the IM structure to a new approval year, and close the previous IM approval year in April. So between Jan and March they have two approval years opened at a time. Now what are the year end activities i need to perform from point of view of IM/PS.
I have identified transactions like CJCB, CJCO, IM27, IM27_REPEAT, IM27_CLOSE, IMCAOV etc. I am not sure if all of these are needed and what is the sequence of these steps. Do i really need IMCAOV when IM27 also has the option to carry forward budgets. Can anyone tell mw proper sequence of steps to follow based on my scenario.
