Inventory opening balance - do not show as OB in TB

Dears , 

I have upload Inventory opening balance from opening balances screen on 1/8/2024 which is that start if fiscal year.

but in the TB report it shows under debit not OB , if i change the date to 02/8 , it will start showing as OB , as there is anyway to fix this ?

i have read the Note , but i did not find a solution for it .

im not sure if there is solution insdie this Note , it's only explain the cases .
