Hi All,

I installed B1 on a new users pc. But when she tried to login.. we get this error:

I uninstalled the client.. deleted all the temp files, appdata sap folder.. the SAP folder under program files. Restarted the machine and reinstalled B1 and got the exact error.

I tried her user on the browser access link and it works fine. Not sure if its a permissions issue somewhere, firewall?
Has anyone seen this error before. We are on version 10 for HANA, FP2208.

Thanks All,
Jerusha

Dear JerushaLala

Currently workaround is modify the initializing cockpit start time manually

Open the Windows Registry Editor, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SAP\SAP Manage\SAP Business One, right-click the SAP Business One key, select New → DWORD (32-bit) Value, name the new DWORD as "CockpitStartTime", set the value to 10 in decimal, and restart SAP Business One. If the issue is not resolved, incrementally increase the value of "CockpitStartTime" to 20, then 30, and 40...

Please let us know if above steps will fix this issue.

kind Regards

Nidhi
