Internal Project Settlement to customer projects

Dear colleagues,

I would like to create Settlement rules for our internal Projects. Our goal is to settle all balances from all G/L accounts from an internal Projects with one secondary cost account to many different customer Projects. Now I have two Ddifferent questions:

1) Do you have a recommendation which settlement profile and allocation structure I should use? It is important that all G/L accounts are considered and settled with one secondary cost account.

2) In the Distribution rules I can maintain many different rules with different customer WBS Elements and also different percentages. Due to the fact that every month the percentages will change and some customer Projects have to be added it is very time consuming to maintain each and every line manually. Is there any faster way or upload function to maintain the distribution rules?

Answer for Question 01: In general customers can use the Settlement profile : YPSOVH for the settlement cost from internal project to customer project. to use one secondary cost element as a settlement cost element , Allocation structure can be modified as settlement cost by cost element or secondary cost element for the each assignment in allocation structure like shown blow.

Answer for Question 02: Regarding mass upload of distribution rule for multiple receivers not available as of now, SAP will review the request and update solution later point in time.
