Hello there.
Can someone tell me what the differences are between Internal Orders and Project System in the SAP S/4HANA.
Thanks!
Hi Youri,
Internal Orders are master data of Controlling and mainly used for detailed reporting for CO(Controlling) and also can be integrated with PS.
PS(Project Systems) is a different module that offers to manage projects that controlled as internally and lots of offerings. PS usually uses WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) elements as master data and in some cases integrates PS master data and internal orders.
In conclusion, they are different things but they can meet in some point because of integrated nature of SAP.
For further information you can use help.sap.com and wiki.scn.sap.com also.
Kind regards,
