Internal Order status Technically completed but unable to stop FI postings .

Hi All,

Scenario

We have the Internal Order Status - TECO ( Technically completed) , however system is allowing to post the FI invoices ,

Query

How to stop posting the FI invoices when the Internal Order Status is TECO

TECO (EN) is the short text of the system status (I0045)

Call BS23 transactionn look at system status I0045

• perform a where-used search to obtain the list of allowed or prohibited business transactions
• You will notice that the RFBU "FI: Postings" is allowed.

Call BS33 transacton on business transaction RFBU

• perform a where-used search to obtain the list of status that allow or prohibit this transaction

Hi - TECO does allow FI postings; if you want FI postings to stop, set the order to CLOSED/CLSD status.
