We are having a strange issue where IO PR commitment values are reducing to ZERO without PO's being raised. The PR items were not deleted, they were not closed. However the PR commitment values for certain IO's only are being reduced to ZERO.
I have run Report: RKANBU01 However this did not help correct the commitment lines.
I have also tried report: RKACOR04 However this did not help correct the commitment lines.
I have checked the G/L accounts - however the same account has worked for other IO commitments so the GL accounts are defined correctly.
Any ideas welcome.
