Internal Error 5002 occurred when adding sales delivery

Hello Experts,

For a specific item and batch, when adding sales delivery, it throws error Internal Error 5002 occurred when copying from Picklist or Sales Order. This is random and it works for some cases. For rest of Item and Batches there are no errors noticed.

There is stock for that Item-Batch and is allocated to Sales Order prior to creating Delivery.

Can experts guide to troubleshoot this please.

Check the following:

• Verify status, expiry, and warehouse assignment for the problematic batch.
• Check if the batch is correctly allocated and not already consumed.
• Confirm that the batch quantity is truly available in the warehouse.
• Review if any validation rules apply differently to certain batches.
• If you have customizations, check the error log for more detail on the 5002 error.
