Interest Calculation solution for Mutual Funds......

Dear Experts

I need a solution for an investment an amount of USD 5000 in mutual funds, after three months we will receive 8 % of interest. what you guys suggest to use for interest calculation. As we have one GL (investments) and 1 for Interests and we are Variable Investments from Mutul funds on monthly or daily basis.

Please propose good solution

Thanks for your Reply, but the problem as i have mentioned in my post that from one fund, client is investing again n again on different intervals.... thats why we cant use GL interest calculation,,,,
