Hello ALL,
Recently I am testing intercompany sales order processing (1HO/1MX) and there would be no problem when following the standard process, which includes steps of creating condition record for PI01/PI02 (intercompany price), create SO, delivery issue and create F2 billing and IV billing document. Question is if I change the intecompany price manually in SO, the manual intercompany price's value (PI01/PI02) did not copy to billing document. The intercompany price is still the value maintained in condition record which means if I want to set intercompany price manually for a sales process, I will have to change three document's intercompany price - SO, F2 billing document and IV billing document.
So, I would like to know if there is some way to solve this issue?
Thanks,
Mas
Hi Mas,
it is currently not possible to take over the manual price to the billing document in the intercompany sales order processing. The SAP Note 195094 - Manual cross-company-code prices for intercompany billing describes this behavior. Yet the solution described in that note is not possible in S/4HANA Cloud. You may want to create a feature request according to the SAP Note 2582556.

Hello Mas,
Usually whether the price is copied is determined by the field "Pricing type" in the copy control.
The following note explains different pricing types.
24832 - Pricing rules/TVCPF
Which pricing type are you using?
Best regards,
Nancy

Currently it is not possible to create an Intercompany Sales order for service items.
