Integration with sftp server in order to push payment files automatically and pull bank statements

I would like to set up an integration in Public cloud environment with a third part system via sftp server and aim to automatically send payment files and receive and post bank statements in return. What is the most effective way to do it in public cloud environment?

I believe the options with "SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity" and the "Bank Statement - Post API" might be of interest to you.

I suspect you might find the ingredients and recipes to your integration scenario on the SAP Business Accelerator Hub. For pulling payment files from S/4 you may want to consider APIs found at All | SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition | SAP Business Accelerator Hub, when you search with keyword "Payment".

For bank statements you just change the key word accordingly.
