Integration error with Ariba

I want to create a purchase order integrated with Ariba, i have setup the Ariba integration based on scope item 42K, but when i create the PO in the S/4HANA cloud system, the following error appears: "Please contact support with the error reference number-ANERR) .

Does anyone know why the error occurred? is there something i am missing for Ariba integration setup?
