Hi Team,
Does anyone know when the integration of service parts with batch management will be possible?
Also, would like to know if the stock items added in the service order or repair order can be confirmed through ATP check in future.
Thanks
Sabarish

Hi Sabarish
I've asked about your two requests (integration with Batches & ATP check) and it seems that they will not available in a near future.
Currently, stock items have a check with the availability of this material in its plant/storage location but it's not an ATP check.

Hi Silvia,
do you happen to have any updates on this topic regarding entering batches in service confirmations? Or do you have a workaround solution? Posting the GI on the internal order would work but how would we add the items in the invoice without a real service confirmation document?
Thanks for an update on this topic.
Thanks and best regards
Andreas
Hello Andreas,
I fully understand your point....I have good news : field Batch will be available in next version 2023. We received the training two weeks ago.
Previous version (2022, 2021...) should enhance the confirmations with a new custom field. This customer field must be updated in the FI redefining the handle class CL_CRMS4_PROC_SRVCONF_FWD.
Best regards
