Integrating/Converting FINSTA IDocs in SAP Public Cloud

Dear Community, we are starting exploring the Public Cloud.

In our Inhouse Banking Process we have the involvement of Inhouse Bank Statements IDOCs and also for the ICRS Process sending of AVIS IDOCS between different SAP Landscapes. As this requirement is not changing so fast, we are wondering which options we have to integrate the FINSTA IDOCS into the Public Cloud. 

We did not found sofar any information if the MBC Connector, APM or other tools could automatically convert the IDOCS into and respective XML Format (CAMT 53 e.g.) which can be read / processed by Public Cloud. 

We are also open to build if required and extension, however searching first for a standard integration. Does anyone have made experience ? Thanks for your insight and thoughts.

Hi carlopus,

IDocs are definitely not some future technology we built on. I would rather invest in other technologies and make use of APIs. So as far as I know also none of those components you mentioned support IDocs. What you can do is, map your IDocs to the SOAP API and use that.
