Installation Failed when installing the Web client for the SAP Business One 10 PL 02 for SQL

Hi 

i need your expert opinion on Web Client why when we install web client it always failed is there any work around to install Web Client. but when i try to install from MSI, i can install it but not working and the webclient folder is not created... how can i resolved this issue or is it possible to install newer version of Web Client. i have perform install and uinstall multiple times but still failed..... please advice
